I am hereby summon for a fifth time all shareholders of the Company to immediately submit possessed share documents at the Company’s registered office in Warsaw, i.e. at Marszałkowska Street 126/134, 00-008 Warsaw on business days (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 and 17:00 in order to make appropriate entries in the shareholder register by the Company in connection with the dematerialisation of Company share documents.
